Do you want to take some time out from the everyday grind? Reconnect with yourself through yoga and meditation, and spend a relaxing weekend in the mountains? Then this weekend is perfect for you.
We’ll be a small group of maximum 8 people, spending around 2 hours every morning and evening doing yoga and meditation.
In between, you can make the most of the spectacular local area to go hiking, or simply relax, unwind, read or do whatever else you want.
We’ll be staying in chalets (www.ferienhaus-schweiz.com) surrounded by nature. Single and double rooms are available, and we’ll be preparing meals together.
The weekend costs CHF 350 all inclusive.
We arrive on the Thursday evening – individually or we can car-pool. We’ll start the yoga on the Friday morning.
Registrations close 30 days before the course start date (numbers are limited).
